2010 Looking for an Audience: Swansea Bay International Film Festival

Two filmmakers go to the Swansea Bay Film Festival in Wales. They find that the directors themselves are supposed to recruit the audience to see their films, but the festival staff can't or won't set fixed times for the screenings.
